Fix patch rejects artifact naming to ensure uniqueness

- Updated Patch-Rejects artifact name to match other artifacts pattern
- Added KSUVER, module_check_bypass variant to make names unique
- Prevents 409 Conflict errors when multiple builds have patch rejects
- Name format: WKSU-{KSUVER}-{android}-{kernel}.{sublevel}-{patch_level}-{variant}-Patch-Rejects
