fix: indent shell scripts in cache-restore and networking composite actions

Add 8-space indentation to all shell script content under 'run: |' blocks
in .github/actions/cache-restore/action.yml and .github/actions/networking/action.yml
to fix GitHub Actions YAML parsing errors.
