ci(kernel): comment out CONFIG_TRIM_UNUSED_KSYMS

The CONFIG_TRIM_UNUSED_KSYMS option should be commented out with 'is not set' instead of explicitly setting it to 'n'. This aligns with the standard kernel configuration syntax used in the surrounding lines.
