ci: enable snd-aloop.ko module in GKI build configuration

Previously the module was only added to the modules list file but not enabled in modules.bzl. This change ensures the module is properly included in the GKI build by uncommenting the sed command that adds it to _COMMON_GKI_MODULES_LIST.
